MY TASTY FRIEND (MÓJ PYSZNY PRZYJACIEL),  Copernicus Science Center (2019)

 

MY TASTY FRIEND is an installation prepared for the exhibition "Apetite and Apathy" at the "Przemiany" (Transitions) Festival.

This year's festival was focusing on the topic of foodwaste, food overproduction and to the latest research and new technologies that could change the agri-food industry.

MY TASTY FRIEND is a transition of a popular pig from children's cartoons (Peppa) into a sausage. It shows a dilemma of a lost relation of an anonymous meat product at the supermarket to the animal it was made of.
